Return Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please DO NOT return any orders after 14 days, unless advised to do so by one of our customer services agents.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packing with labels attached and in a suitable condition for us to resell the product. For example, we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hair, have marks on them or fluff. Any items returned washed/damaged/clearly used/with tags removed will NOT be accepted, and your refund will be refused. This returns policy applies to all of our customers worldwide. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (this includes using a voucher code and promotional offers) but we can offer an exchange for a different size in the same style or a store credit.

If you return a sale item for an exchange and the chosen size has sold out a store credit will be applied.

Refunds can ONLY be returned back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to this payment method we advise you to contact the payment company to claim the funds.

If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team on support@avoirlondon.com and we will be able to assist you further and advise on how to proceed with the return.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns centre
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
